Turn times vary depending on my work load and the complexity of the assignment. It could be as quick as several days or as much as a couple of weeks depending on the assignment. The best thing to do is give me a call and I can quote both a turn time and a fee. Fees can be as low as $300 for a nearby "cookie cutter", $450 for a rural manufactured home, or $600 for a large $1,000,000 home. I have a published fee schedule but those are guidelines only. The next thing people want to know is areas of coverage. I prefer to work in western Riverside County. I do appraisals in Canyon Lake,Grand Terrace,Sun City, Hemet,Homeland,Perris,Romoland, San Jacinto, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Moreno Valley,Murrieta, Temecula, Quail Valley,Winchester and Wildomar. On occasion I will do appraisals in the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles where I used to sell real estate. There are several areas that are remote and that few appraisers service: Idyllwild, Aguanga, and Anza. I will do appraisals in those area but charge an increased fee (call for details)
