Work Experience
2-2005-Present: Operated Fee Shop in Sun City, California.
4-1994/2-2005: Operated Fee Shop in Grants Pass, Oregon. Staff varied from 1 to 3 appraisers.
9-1992/4-1994: Affiliated Appraisers, Office Manager of Affiliated Appraisers North in Portland,Oregon. Supervisor for 7 employees, performed appraisals in Clackamas , Multnomah, Washington, Marion, Lane, Benton, and Linn Counties. Prior to being office mangager in Portland. I was the office manager in the Roseburg office of Affiliated Appraisers. Prior to that , I did extensive appraisal work in Josephine, Jackson, Klamath,Douglas, and Lane Counties.
1991-1992: Operated as an independent fee appraiser in Los Angeles, California. Specialized in working in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Major clients included Zenith Home Loan, Westworld Financial, Statewide Home Loan, Mercury Home Loan and Long Beach Bank.
1985-1989: Worked full time as an appraiser with Accurate Appraisal in Los Angeles, California. Appraisal assignments included residential real estate throughout Southern California in all price ranges up to $1,000,000. I also appraised small residential income property , land, apartments, and commercial properties.
